Flock of Sheep Runs Loose in Idaho!
Flock of Sheep Runs Loose in Idaho!
IDAHO FALLS, ID - A group of sheep ran loose in Idaho Falls Monday night. Police were called to the scene after the animals were spotted running in and out of traffic.
Officers were able to herd the sheep into a nearby park, where they remained until a farmer arrived to collect them. No one was injured in the incident.
This is not the first time sheep have caused a commotion in Idaho Falls. In January, a flock of sheep escaped from a nearby farm and roamed the streets for several hours before being recaptured.
Runaway Flock of Sheep Causes Havoc on Highway!
A flock of sheep being transported to a new farm near Fresno caused a massive traffic jam on Highway 99 yesterday when the animals became spooked and began running wild. The sheep, numbering in the hundreds, traveled in all directions across the busy highway, stopping traffic for miles.

Shepherds accompanying the flock were unable to control the animals, who were bleating and darting about in their panic. "It was complete chaos," said one motorist who was caught up in the mayhem. "The sheep were running into cars and getting run over. It was very dangerous."
The California Highway Patrol was eventually able to corral the animals and clear the highway, but not before considerable damage had been done. Some motorists ended up with flat tires from hitting the sheep, and several cars were damaged by the animals themselves. No injuries were reported, however.
This bizarre incident serves as a reminder that even domesticated animals can cause trouble if they're not handled properly. Inexperienced shepherds or those transporting livestock should be especially careful when driving through populated areas.
Police Called After Gang of Wild Sheep Terrorize Neighborhood!
Residents of the quiet neighborhood of Pleasant Grove were in for a shock earlier this week when a pack of wild sheep invaded the area, seemingly intent on causing chaos.
The sheep were first spotted by Julie Jones as she was walking her dog around 8am on Monday morning. "I couldn't believe my eyes," recalls Julie. "There were seven or eight huge sheep running down the street, screaming and bleating and absolutely wrecking havoc."
According to witnesses, the sheep ran through gardens, knocked over trash cans, and even caused a car to crash when they ran out into the road. "It was terrifying," said Chris Davis, who saw the sheep run past his house. "I thought they were going to attack us!"
In the end, police were called to deal with the rowdy sheep. A spokesperson for the Police Department said that officers used non-lethal force to disperse the animals and that no one was injured in the incident.
"It was just so strange," said resident Haley Johnson. "We don't usually have things like this happen in our neighborhood."
Herd of Sheep Goes on Rampage at Local Farm!
Early this morning, a herd of sheep went on a rampage at the local farm. The animals grazed on crops, destroyed fences, and even attacked some of the farmers tending to the land.
"It was mayhem, pure and simple," said one of the farmers. "The sheep were running around like crazy and destroying everything in sight."
The scene was captured by a local news crew and can be seen in the video below.
Luckily, no one was injured in the incident, but it is still unclear how the sheep got loose in the first place. The farm owner is currently investigating the matter.
flock of Cows Found Wandering the Streets
There was a surprise for motorists in the small town of Potsdam, New York this week when a herd of cows was spotted meandering through the streets. The cows were first seen on Monday morning by a resident who posted pictures to social media.
The police were called, but the cows had disappeared by the time they arrived. They were later found near a local grocery store. The owner of the cows said that they had broken out of their pen and she didn't know how they got so far from home.
This isn't the first time that livestock has been spotted on the loose in Potsdam. Last year, several pigs roamed the streets before being rounded up by police.
